Director of Operations

With a strong foundation built on collegiate athletics and academic achievement, Darius brings a disciplined, team-oriented approach to leadership and personal development. His experience playing football at Robert Morris University and later at Rowan University instilled in him the importance of resilience, strategic thinking, and collaboration—qualities that continue to shape his professional life.

After earning his degree, Darius pursued a path aligned with his passion for leadership and his commitment to helping others grow. He firmly believes that the success of any organization is rooted in the development of its people and takes great pride in mentoring, guiding, and creating environments where individuals are encouraged to reach their full potential.

A firm believer in Kobe Bryant’s “Mamba Mentality,” Darius embraces the values of relentless focus, personal excellence, and mental toughness. This mindset influences his leadership style and fuels his drive to continually improve while inspiring those around him to do the same.

Stephen Cancino plays a key role in driving our company’s success through in-person marketing, bringing focus, consistency, and a deep commitment to progress. Inspired by the opportunity to become a business owner, Stephen brings long-term vision and daily drive, fueled by the goal of sharing the rewards of his hard work with his family and loved ones. With a strong foundation from his three years at Bank of America, he transitioned into sales to build something greater for himself—and for those around him. Outside of work, Stephen is passionate about soccer, a sport that shaped his childhood and continues to influence his mindset and discipline. Through his journey, he’s learned to embrace structure and patience—qualities that now define his leadership. Whether working alongside his team on the ground or mentoring new talent, Stephen leads with connection, accountability, and belief in others, always striving to deliver exceptional results for clients and to help every team member unlock their full potential.

Molly Sedlock

Administrator


Molly Sedlock is an Administrator at Kids Executive Group, where she plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth and team culture. In her role, she manages new employee onboarding paperwork, conducts first-round interviews, and helps lead the company’s social media presence.

Since joining the team, Molly has brought a detail-oriented and welcoming approach to everything she does, helping create a smooth and engaging experience for both new hires and the broader company audience. Though this is her first year in the role, her adaptability and enthusiasm have already made a strong impact.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys playing soccer, walking her two dogs, and spending quality time with her fiancé.

Matthew Carr

Matthew Carr is an experienced leader in sales, marketing, and management with a background in the United States Marine Corps and a passion for driving team performance and customer engagement. Mike Gosselin

Account Manager

Mike Gosselin is a highly driven business professional currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Miami University. With a strong track record in leadership, Mike brings a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to every challenge. His hands-on approach to problem-solving and deep understanding of business operations have allowed him to make a significant impact in both team management and client support.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Mike has honed his leadership abilities through diverse roles, including managing a Wendy’s where he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role sharpened his ability to manage high-pressure situations, make quick, effective decisions, and lead teams to consistently exceed company  goals.

Beyond the business world, Mike’s leadership experience extends to his time as the captain of his high school wrestling team. As captain, he was not only responsible for guiding the team’s training and performance but also for fostering a culture of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. These experiences have shaped his ability to inspire, motivate, and push teams toward success in any setting.

Today, Mike continues to focus on achieving sustainable growth for clients while championing collaboration and results-driven strategies. His unique blend of hands-on management experience, competitive spirit, and strategic thinking make him an invaluable asset in any business environment.

Kikubi Tole

Account Manager

My name is Kikubi Tole. I was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and moved to the United States in 2015. That transition shaped who I am today — adaptable, resilient, and hungry to grow. I recently graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Information Systems, and I now work in sales, where I’m focused on developing strong communication skills, building and leading a team, and helping others grow alongside me.

My journey hasn’t been traditional, and I carry that as a strength. I’ve worked in tech support, mentored first-year college students, managed sports teams, and coached youth soccer. Each experience has helped me become a more effective listener, leader, and teammate. I’m fluent in Kiswahili, passionate about personal development, and my long-term goal is to open my own office and help build opportunities for others — just like people have done for me.
